Part of what the author of this article tackles here is the ethics of using ChatGPT in the classroom. He discusses the unique opportunity that educators have in doing what we do in the classroom: educate. How to ethically use this technology as a learning tool, he argues, is a teaching opportunity for educators. I do agree that when these teachable moments present themselves, we really do have an obligation to at least try and face them together with our students and educate ourselves.
