The Bootstrap theme features lots of elements to make your site more responsive (including content), a slider for the home page, courses rendered as tiles (rather than just links), more menu and notification options in the navigation bar, global announcement options, and much more.
The theme is available for download at https://moodle.org/plugins/theme_bcu and is currently maintained by Mike Grant, contributors include Jez H, Fernando Acedo, and credit goes to Bas Brands, New School Learning, Gareth Barnard and Amanda Doughty.
