This article was very meaningful for my professional development in view of the fact that it exposes a very relevant topic for second language teaching which is team work. Although the article was not focused on the educational setting, it presents two interesting tips to improve the effectiveness of team work within any field. The first tip highlights the importance of providing enough time to the team in order to enable its members to meet and recognize the function of each one of them and additionally to create a common sense of reliability and organization. On the other hand, the second tip presents an idea that I would never had thought about which is having a specific member in the group who can play the role of “dissenter” by pushing the team to the limit and promoting the consideration of different points of views.
